Kristina was great! Efficient & effective, which is exactly what I was looking for!

I was looking at some of the other reviews and I am not surprised that kris Miller put more into other relationships with clients then she did with me. I was looking for houses that were under 130, and with it being a sellers market, she would of more than likely made more money with someone else, than helping me with my dream to own. Kris sent me a few houses that were outside my budget, I found a house to look at and then when I said I wasnt interested, she no longer responded back to me.

I could not have had a better Relator than Kristina when it came to buying my first home. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for and walked me through the process from start to finish. In addition, her banking, attorney and inspector references were all a pleasure to work with as well.

Kristina's knowledge of the real estate market, and my neighborhood in particular, along with her extensive experience was what convinced me to hire her. I felt comfortable with her from the moment we met and she gave me expert advice all the way through the process.
